go with blogger.com because its so easy to create and manage

Go for www.blogger.com if you have google account like gmail,
orkut use that username and password because the blogger is also
google product if not register in it
3. Step 3: Select your domain,theme &other options
During the registeration process for your new account, you'll
need to choose a domain name and blogtheme .You also might
want to make a few mintutes before actually start blogging
platfrom allows you to modify such as the author name ,comment
moderation process, and so on. however, you're not required to
do any customization befor you start publishing blog post.
4. Step 4 : Start blogging
Once you've completed steps 1-3 you're ready to join the
blogsphere and start publishing content on your blog there are
many more ways you can customize your blog with plugins,
feeds, blogrolls and more , but these four easy steps are all you
need to follow in order to start simple blog .
